另外由今個月開始,逢星期五晚7:30pm 有Markys 尖沙嘴跑班正式投入服務。每週有不同訓練環節如下:
Week 1- Running technique + easy run + stretch(跑步技巧+輕鬆跑 + 伸展)
Week 2- long run + muscle conditioning(長跑 + 肌肉訓練)
Week 3- Running Technique + tempo run + stretching(跑步技巧+ 節奏跑 + 伸展)
Week 4- interval/uphill run+ muscle conditioning(間竭跑/斜路+ 肌肉訓練)
